There are lots of Brown Mottlegill popping up on the park again this year.

Brown Mottlegill (Panaeolina foenisecii). They have a hygrophanous cap which dries from the centre outwards and brown mottled gills.

As they age the caps can become cracked and wrinkled.

The cheilocystidia are bottle shaped and wavy with a blunt apex.

Lemon shaped, rough spores. 12-15 x 7.5-10 microns.
